About Me
Hi! I'm Angela, a mental health professional, private practice owner, and entrepreneur. I'm dedicated to helping my colleagues—other mental health professionals—build intentional and meaningful lives, both professionally and personally.
My unique perspective is shaped by my roots: I was born in El Salvador, raised in Costa Rica, and established in the United States. This life experiences fuels my passion for making a positive impact, specifically on those who dedicate their lives to healing others.
Growing up, I watched my parents selflessly help and care for their community. Yet, as they aged, their devotion meant they had little left to care for themselves. I quickly realized I was following the same path, giving so much that it led me straight to burnout and resentment. That's when I stopped, evaluated and took action in creating a balance and an intentional path to a meaningful professional and personal life.
My mission is simple: to help the helpers like you avoid and overcome the challenges I faced. I want to be by your side and help you:
-
Navigate the emotional and mental burnout.
-
Create financial stability within your practice.
-
Rise above limiting systems to design an intentional life.
Whether you are just starting out or are a well-seasoned therapist, I am here to partner with you. Let’s work together to reach the highest level of your potential, professionally and personally.
